I watched one of the staff members touching all sorts of things outside the food service area – doors, equipment, even wiping surfaces – and then, without changing gloves, he started grabbing food directly. He picked up some prawns just before grabbing tofu for the next customer, who was vegetarian. Gloves are supposed to protect food from contamination, not become part of the problem. BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL ~ I built my own bowl featuring fresh salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, corn and seaweed salad on a bed of sushi rice, topped with sesame seeds and a drizzle of soy sauce. The salmon was incredibly fresh, and the combination of ingredients made for a delicious and satisfying meal. I got exactly what I was looking for. The food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual meal. ”
